A Clean Sweep Life is committed to providing a safe and healthy workspace for all our clients. To ensure we have a safe and healthy workspace, we have developed the following COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These policies follow all state and CDC guidelines.
Our goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 in our workspaces and communities, and that requires full cooperation among our company. Only through this cooperative effort can we establish and maintain the safety and health of all persons in our workspaces. The COVID-19 Preparedness Plan is administered by Owner, Stacy Eder, who maintains the overall authority and responsibility for the plan.
The following policies and procedures are being implemented to assess staff health status prior to entering the workspace and for staff to report when they are sick or experiencing symptoms.
- Leave policy - A Clean Sweep Life has implemented leave policies that promote staff staying at home when they are sick, when household members are sick, or when required by a health care provider to isolate or quarantine themselves or a member of their household.
- Social distancing –Social distancing of at least six feet will be implemented and maintained between staff and clients in the workspace.
- Worker hygiene - Basic infection prevention measures are being implemented at our workspaces at all times. Staff are instructed to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water frequently throughout the day, but especially at the beginning and end of the job. All clients in the workspace are required to wash or sanitize their hands prior to or immediately upon starting the job. Hand-sanitizer dispensers (that use sanitizers of greater than 60% alcohol) are on locations in the workspace so they can be used for hand hygiene in place of soap and water, as long as hands are not visibly soiled. Staff and clients are being instructed to cover their mouth and nose with their sleeve or a tissue when coughing or sneezing, and to avoid touching their face, particularly their mouth, nose and eyes, with their hands.
- Face Covering and Mask Requirements- Outdoors: Staff and clients are required to have a mask or face covering readily available on their person when outdoors and to put on their mask or face covering when it is NOT feasible to maintain physical/social distancing measures. Indoors: Staff and clients in a building must wear a mask or face covering prior to entering buildings and to continue to wear mask or face covering in common areas and working in shared spaces
